Wholesale and retail sale of grown products – apples, plums, pears, cherries, sour-cherries. Apples are the most important part of production (see the orchard structure).
SORTING AND STORAGE
Stock has been recently renovated and fruit is now stored in 8 hermetically sealed ULO boxes with partially controlled protective atmosphere (ultra-low-oxygen). They’re partially cooled to allow fruit storage for a long time without significant adverse impact on its quality. Protective atmosphere (chilled atmosphere) maintains the quality of the fruit (just like after the harvest).
The warehouse is also equipped with modern apple sorting machine with tipping into the water, which is friendly to the fruit. We perform the calibration of fruit from 85 mm in cross section (maximum tolerance 5 mm.)
INVESTMENTS AND NEW TECHNOLOGIES
During the years 2007-2010 were planted 41 ha apple trees, 3,7 ha cherry trees and 3 ha plum trees.
On 42 ha of apple trees were built new supporting constructions with anti hail nets.
In 2008 were built four sealed boxes with a protective controlled atmosphere (ULO) and storage capacity of 480 t. In this year we also bought a new apple sorting machine.
In 2010 were built other four sealed boxes with a protective controlled atmosphere (ULO) and storage capacity of 500 t. In addition we built two refrigerated boxes with storage capacity of 150 t.
